Directions from Bathurst ...
The Farm is located 32kms south of Bathurst off the Goulburn Road (Trunkey Road).
Follow signs indicating - Crookwell, Goulburn and Abercrombie Caves
You will travel through village of Perthville, continue straight ahead over rail line.
Next is village of Georges Plains, cross over rail line again, over bridge and turn right (signposted to Abercrombie Caves). This is Trunkey Road.
You will pass a turn off to Newbridge - signposted as "Historic Newbridge". DO NOT TAKE THIS TURN, continue straight ahead.
You will then continue on the road towards Trunkey Creek/Abercrombie Caves.
You will pass a sign indicating the locality of Caloola (no village).
When you cross a small bridge over McGeorges Creek (the only bridge - past Georges Plains), you will also see a small church on your left.
About 100 metres after this bridge is a turnoff to the right - signposted as Elmswood Road and Newbridge 10kms. Amaroo is 2.8kms from the bitumen.
This is a gravel road - travel along this road and you will then join Caloola Road (travel straight ahead - both directions is Caloola Road). Travel up the hill and our mailbox is on the left at the top of the hill.
First house (red brick) is our home and you can see the cottage ahead on the hill. Drop into the main home and we will accompany you up to the cottage.
It can get cold at night, so pack some warm clothes. The days have been very warm, (but we are hoping for rain!!)
